Snooker Room

We have ten full size snooker tables and two American nine ball tables. The snooker room also has its own bar, which is open Monday to Friday from 7pm.

Thame snooker club has enjoyed much success over the years competing in the Oxford and District billiards and snooker leagues, still holding the record of lifting eighteen of the twenty five trophies available during the season 1998-99. In house snooker leagues and handicap knockouts are very popular and are a great way to meet new friends.

We have a large junior section and if you can reach the table you can play snooker. We encourage juniors to play by holding coaching sessions every Saturday from 10.30am to 12noon with John Evans our resident qualified coach. Juniors need not be members to attend coaching on Saturdays though there is a weekly fee of £5 inclusive of table fees.

Adult coaching is also available from ex-professional Lee Richardson on a one to one basis.

Five tables are made available for booking daily.
